The registered participants who agree to the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

2. The administrator of personal data is the Polish Biophysical Society (Polskie Towarzystwo Biofizyczne, PTBF), 159 Nowoursynowska St., 02-776 Warsaw

3. Personal data will be processed for registration, organization and conducting of 19th Congress of the Polish Biophysical Society. The data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.

4. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the 19th Congress of the Polish Biophysical Society.

5. Participants have the right to access their data, correct it and demand it deletion.

6. The organizers reserve the right to use an external website for registration and abstract submission for the 19th Congress of the Polish Biophysical Society.

8. The recipients of the data will be only the Congress Organizers or persons authorized by them, who are part of the Organizing or Scientific Committee. The organizers do not donate, sell, and do not lend the collected personal data of participants to other persons or institutions.

Participation in the event is connected with consenting to the use of the image each of the Participants, Speakers and Lecturers. This consent covers all forms of publication, in particular dissemination on the PTBF and Congress websites and social networking website.
